Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Revalis Workforce Solutions LLC handles information when you use revalisworkforce.com, My Revalis account features, and the Revalis Workforce Solutions Android app (package com.revalisworkforce.app).

Effective / last updated: October 2, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Revalis Workforce Solutions LLC ("Revalis," "we," "us," or "our") provides direct-placement recruiting/referral, workforce-preparation, job-readiness, resume, employment-tracking, and retention-support tools. This policy applies to information handled through our website and mobile app. It does not control websites or services operated by third parties that you choose to visit from a Revalis link.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use My Revalis account data or private background disclosures for third-party behavioral advertising.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile information

If you create a My Revalis account, we may process your email address, account identifier, email-verification status, display name, phone number, city/state, and target job. Authentication is provided through Google Firebase Authentication. Revalis does not receive your password in readable form.

Resume and job-readiness information

If you choose to use our tools, you may enter resume contact information, work history, skills, professional summary, education, certifications or licenses, job preferences, readiness checklist items, practical support needs, and related notes. A local copy of resume data may be stored on your device/browser for convenience, and a cloud copy may be saved to your My Revalis account while you are signed in.

Job tracker and 30/60/90 review information

You may save employer names, job titles, application dates, interview or follow-up information, offer/status information, employment start dates, review dates, self-ratings, goals, wins, challenges, feedback, and support notes.

Application Vault files

If you choose to use the Application Vault, you may upload completed job-application PDF files and save related details such as employer, job title, date applied, file name, file size, a note, and an optional connection to a Job Tracker entry. The PDF is stored in Firebase Storage under your signed-in account and the related file details are stored with your My Revalis account. Revalis does not automatically send a saved Application Vault file to an employer or community partner.

Optional private background self-disclosure

If you use the Background Readiness private vault, you may voluntarily enter non-expunged candidate-provided criminal-history information such as an offense or pending charge you choose to discuss, county/state, approximate year, case outcome/status, your explanation, and what has changed since then. Revalis asks users not to enter expunged or sealed records and does not ask users to list arrests that did not lead to a charge or conviction. If a user believes an inaccurate or non-conviction record may still appear, the user may choose to ask Revalis for preparation help. The disclosure is not independently verified by Revalis, and the tool is designed not to request Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, bank information, driver-license numbers, or identity-document numbers.

Community-partner referrals and communications

If a community organization uses the partner referral tool, the website prepares an email draft for the referrer to review and send. The referral tool is designed to request only basic organization, referrer, candidate contact, availability, transportation, and employment-interest information, together with confirmation that the candidate authorized the referral and contact by Revalis. The public referral form instructs partners not to include criminal-history details, treatment or recovery information, medical information, Social Security numbers, full birth dates, case numbers, driver-license numbers, banking information, or identity-document numbers. The referral form itself is not submitted to a Revalis website database; information is received by Revalis only if the referrer chooses to send the prepared email or otherwise contacts Revalis.

Communications

If you email or otherwise contact Revalis, we receive the information you choose to include in your message and the contact information needed to respond.

Technical and app information

Our website, mobile app, hosting, authentication, database, and notification providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as browser/app version, device or network information, authentication/session data, timestamps, diagnostics, security logs, and—if push notifications are enabled—a notification token or similar delivery identifier.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and secure My Revalis accounts and app features.
  • Save and synchronize resumes, readiness tools, job tracking, Application Vault PDFs, reviews, and other user-requested content.
  • Authenticate users, verify email addresses, reset passwords, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Respond to questions and provide candidate, employer, or community-partner support.
  • Contact a candidate after a referring organization confirms the candidate authorized a basic employment-support referral.
  • Help a candidate prepare for employment conversations when the candidate chooses to ask Revalis for help.
  • Support referrals or employer communications when the user has requested or authorized that activity.
  • Improve service reliability, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Comply with law, protect rights and safety, and resolve disputes.

4. Direct-placement relationship

Under Revalis’s current direct-placement/referral model, a client employer hires a referred candidate directly. The client employer, not Revalis, is responsible for payroll and tax withholding, the employee’s W-2, wages, work schedule, job duties, workplace rules, day-to-day supervision, discipline, leave, benefits, and termination. Revalis provides recruiting, referral, candidate-preparation, and optional retention-support services and does not place referred candidates on Revalis payroll under this model.

Revalis 30/60/90 check-ins and other post-hire tools are intended for support, self-review, communication, and retention assistance. They are not Revalis supervision, discipline, or authority to terminate the employee from the client employer’s job.

5. How information is shared

We may share information only as needed for the following purposes:

  • Service providers: vendors that provide hosting, content delivery, authentication, cloud database, email, app packaging/distribution, notifications, security, or technical support. Current services include infrastructure from Google/Firebase and Cloudflare, and mobile-app distribution or packaging providers used for the Revalis app.
  • Revalis staff or authorized support: when access is needed to respond to you, provide services you requested, maintain the system, or protect the service.
  • Employers or community partners: only when you intentionally ask Revalis to make a referral, connection, or communication, or otherwise authorize the disclosure. Community partners should provide only the minimum information needed for an employment referral. A private background-vault entry is not automatically sent to an employer or community partner.
  • Legal and safety reasons: if reasonably necessary to comply with law, a valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud/abuse, or enforce applicable agreements.
  • Business transition: if Revalis is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred subject to applicable law and this policy.

6. Background readiness, credit resources, and sensitive information

Private disclosure vault. When supported by your browser/app environment, the text in the private background disclosure vault is encrypted on your device before the encrypted record is saved to your My Revalis cloud account. Your 4-digit privacy PIN is used to derive the encryption key and is not stored with the encrypted vault record. The vault is designed to require a signed-in, verified My Revalis account and to re-lock automatically after inactivity or when you leave the screen.

Candidate self-disclosure only. Information entered into this vault is voluntarily provided by the candidate. Revalis does not use the vault to independently investigate, compile, score, certify, or issue a “clear/not clear” criminal-history determination for an employer. The current tool is not intended to function as a consumer report or formal employment background check.

Saving and sharing are separate choices. Saving keeps the disclosure in your private encrypted My Revalis vault and does not send it to Revalis or an employer. If you choose “Share with Revalis,” the service opens your email application with the disclosure placed into a draft message for you to review. If you send that message, the emailed copy is separate from the encrypted vault and is not protected by your 4-digit PIN. Sharing with Revalis is for job-readiness support only and does not authorize Revalis to send the disclosure to an employer. Revalis will seek separate, employer-specific authorization before communicating a candidate’s private disclosure to an employer.

External background and credit resources. Revalis may link to government, court, credit-reporting, or consumer-rights websites so candidates can review information for their own preparation. Revalis does not receive the information you enter on those external sites merely because you followed a Revalis link. Their own privacy policies and terms apply.

Future third-party screening support. If Revalis later offers an optional service involving a formal employment background report, the report will be handled through an appropriate third-party screening provider and Revalis will add any required disclosure, authorization, privacy, dispute, pre-adverse-action, and adverse-action procedures that apply before launch. Sensitive identity information required by a screening provider should be submitted directly to that provider rather than into the current Revalis disclosure form.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. These include HTTPS connections, authenticated My Revalis accounts, verified-email gating for the private disclosure vault, service-provider security controls, automatic vault locking, and client-side encryption for the optional background disclosure vault when supported. The database and Application Vault storage are configured to restrict My Revalis records and saved application PDFs to the authenticated account owner, with verified-email gating for Application Vault PDFs and additional restrictions on the encrypted disclosure record. No website, app, storage system, or email service can guarantee absolute security.

For your protection, do not place Social Security numbers, banking credentials, full birth dates, identity-document numbers, or other unnecessary high-risk information into Revalis profile, resume, job-tracking, review, or background-readiness fields.

8. Data retention and account deletion

We retain account information and user-created content for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain the account, meet legal/security obligations, or resolve disputes. Different categories may have different retention periods.

If you request deletion of your My Revalis account, we will delete the account and associated cloud-stored user data after verifying the request, except for limited information we may need to retain for legal, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate obligations. Retained information is limited to the purpose requiring retention and is not kept simply to continue providing an account.

Email correspondence that you voluntarily sent to Revalis may exist separately from your My Revalis account and may be retained when reasonably needed for business, legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

  • You can choose not to create a My Revalis account and still use public informational areas of the site/app where available.
  • You can decide whether to enter optional profile, resume, job-readiness, Application Vault, review, or background-disclosure information.
  • You can update information in available My Revalis tools.
  • You can lock or reset the private background disclosure vault; starting over erases the saved encrypted disclosure and its PIN-protected record.
  • You can choose whether to send a background-readiness disclosure to Revalis by email. Sending it to Revalis does not authorize employer disclosure; employer-specific sharing requires a separate authorization.
  • You can turn off push notifications through your device settings if notifications are enabled.
  • You can request deletion of your My Revalis account and associated data at revalisworkforce.com/delete-account/.
  • Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain information about the use of your personal data.

10. Children

The My Revalis account and employment-preparation tools are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through those features. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Youth-focused partnerships or programs, if offered in the future, may be governed by additional notices and safeguards.

11. Third-party links

Revalis contains links to employers, job boards, government agencies, court systems, credit resources, community organizations, social platforms, and other third parties. When you leave Revalis, the third party controls its own data practices. Review that service’s privacy policy before providing personal information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Revalis features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected information, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
