Delete your account & data

This page is for users of the Revalis Workforce Solutions app and website who want to request deletion of their My Revalis account and associated personal data.

Revalis Workforce Solutions LLC · Updated October 4, 2026

How to request deletion

  1. Tap Request Account Deletion below, or email contact@revalisworkforce.com.
  2. Use the subject line Delete My Revalis Account.
  3. Include your full name and the email address connected to your My Revalis account.
  4. For security, send the request from the account email whenever possible. We may ask for reasonable information to verify account ownership before completing deletion.

Do not send Social Security numbers, bank information, full birth dates, driver-license numbers, or identity-document numbers with your request.

What will be deleted

After we verify the request, Revalis will delete or de-identify account data that is no longer needed, including as applicable:

  • Your My Revalis authentication account and associated account information.
  • Profile information such as name, phone, city/state, and target job.
  • Cloud-saved Resume Builder information and saved resume content.
  • Get Ready / work-readiness checklist information and notes.
  • Job Tracker entries.
  • Application Vault PDF files and their saved file details.
  • 30/60/90 Success Review entries.
  • The encrypted private background-disclosure vault associated with your account.

Deleting your account is permanent. Once completed, deleted My Revalis account data cannot be restored.

Timing

We aim to complete verified account-deletion requests within 30 days. If additional time is reasonably required because of a legal, security, or verification issue, we will communicate that to you.

Information that may be retained

Revalis may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud or security prevention, dispute resolution, or other required business records. Any retained information is limited to the purpose requiring retention and is not kept simply to continue providing your account.

A minimal record of the deletion request—such as the account email, request date, verification/completion status, and related correspondence—may be retained for up to 12 months to document that the request was handled, unless a longer period is required by law or an active dispute.

Email correspondence you voluntarily sent to Revalis may exist separately from your My Revalis account and may be retained when reasonably needed for legitimate business, legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Information controlled by other services

If you used an external job board, court website, credit-report provider, community resource, employer website, or other third-party service through a Revalis link, that service controls its own records. You must contact that service directly to request deletion of information it controls.
